
Zendesk brand campaign 2018
When I first joined Zendesk, we had recently changed our corporate messaging and introduced a fresh illustration style. A super talented art director/designer (Talia Eisenberg) and I were tasked with producing a global brand awareness campaign that would introduce Zendesk to tech companies in geographic areas that may not have heard of us—while also giving them a taste of our quirky personality.

We created a scalable, repeatable system that would work for any medium in any country, allowing teams to create new assets quickly when opportunities came up.

The campaign was launched in Dallas, Texas, Atlanta, Georgia, and Melbourne, Australia.

We even covered transportation—from car wraps to trams.
